I will not be at class Sunday, May 9th as I will be in Montreal watching this fight.  Feel free to come practice anyway.  I will be back to practice on Tuesday May 11th.  Just a reminder-we practice rain, snow or shine...like tonight!

See you next week.

Rachel is the latest class member to pass her first level Chuo Jiao test.  A nice yellow sash should be headed her way next week.
