Today I did: All basics (including 4 punches, 18 kicks, plus 2), 100 x swinging leg and holding it (when will I ever get Holding the Urn?) and chuojiao #7 x 5. Plus skiing!
I know that by the time I post this class will already be under way so I wont post anything for everyone toPlease leave comments about your workouts.
