As many basic kicks I remembered in the garage - around 13-14 I think, then 100 hide flower and 75 Deng tui plus 5 times a butchered #3. My body likes every second day training best or maybe I am just paranoid when it hurts in strange places.
Tried to keep it as low as possible, still a bit stiff: inche kicks 100x
