I can't get my leg up! Seriously! I could only do 18 outside crescent kicks. At hip level! Hurts a lot. Will have to make up for it tomorrow... Legs need a little rest.

Have no clue what the protocol on reporting is but here are the last few days: Jan 12 , 3 km walk-trott on the streets of the NorthEnd, stretches, 5 x set2, 30 half-body push-ups (resting on knees) Jan 13 - absolutely nothing, Jan 14 - 3 km speedwalking, stretches, 5 x set2, 100 inside cresecent kick

100 outside crescent kicks
8km run.
* will be going to the gym Jan 15th to complete the sets I have not done yet*

Well, since there was no post today, I thought I'd write here. Today is Sunday and I completed 100 proper outside crescent kicks and 5 sets of Chuo Jiao #2. Then I guessed today's challenge to be side kicks, so I did 100 of those. I don't think I can lift a TOE tomorrow, but we'll see. I am in so much pain... Why isn't anybody else?? :)

HI everyone Couldnt do those outside crescent kick because i drove to quebec city and than when to bed. But. Will do those. And those for today sunday
