OK. So I only get to ski a few days a year. The mountain here is huge. My legs held up pretty well. In order to help them out, in addition to the 4 basic punches and 18 basic kicks, every day I also did the straight swinging kick with the brief hold x 100. I am no closer to "Holding The Urn" or "Smoke Goes Up The Chimney" but it did make my legs feel a lot better. Plus, for my x 5 Chuojiao sets I did 6, 7, 8 and, as of this morning,...#9.
