This morning woke up at 7 it was -28 in my hometown. I worked out outside in a parking lot. Did inch kick 100 time. And 7 time the beginning of the 1st set
Small catch-up today - 75 outside crescentkick, 75 pushkick and 5 times first set
OK, so I'm not the only one in pain, some people even had to workout at -28 degrees! 100 inch kicks and first set x 3... Still hurting...
Yesterday I did 25 minutes of circle walking. I walked the square for 15 minutes. I did piercing palm practice for aobut 15 minutes and horse stance training for 10 minutes. Then I drilled the triangle step and the first dragon palm change.
